Need honest Air Conditioning Company in Naples, Florida

Looking for honest and reputable Air Conditioning company in Naples, Florida, that will not take advantage of my elderly mother.

My elderly mother lives in Naples, FL and, from what I can gather, is being taken advantage of by her current Air Conditioning company. 7 service calls in one year, selling her expensive services she doesn't need, and now trying to convince her she needs a whole new unit (current unit is only 2 years old). I'm hundreds of miles away so I can't be there to keep them honest...can anyone recommend someone who is trustworthy in the Southwest Florida area that I can call to take over? Any advice is appreciated.

My dad lives in Naples and swears by Broward Factory Service. He has a service contract with them where they fix just about anything, and it's a fairly small bit of money each year ($300 or so) to fix basically every appliance in his house. I believe they do one-off service calls for people not on contract as well, though.

Do you know someone who has an account on Angie's List? You could check that for "reputable" service people in her area.

Besides Angie's List, I believe Service Magic is free to subscribers. And then there's Yelp.

I think if you find someone with a good online reputation, and you call them and say a) here's what somebody else has been doing to my mom, and b) you'll be going through me for approval on any billable services, you're going to be about as safe as anybody is.
