A Ring Fit for My Own Queen Mother

Where in Manhattan/NYC can I buy a cheap replica of the Princess Diana/Kate Middleton engagement ring?

I would like to pay no more than $20, hopefully closer to $10. For the sake of this question, I do not want to buy online. I would prefer to buy in Manhattan. I was looking around Herald Square today at some of the cheap jewelers on Broadway or 5th, I believe it was, and none of them had it.

I saw a box of these at Michael's craft store at the check out register.

Claire's have it for $10.50. It's called the Royal Sapphire Ring and looks like this.
