One CFR Title in one PDF document?

Where can I find entire chapters of the CFR available in one PDF file?

Exactly the same question was asked nearly four years ago without getting a satisfactory answer, so perhaps the hive mind knows better now.

I want to download Title 19 of the CFR into one single .pdf file, but I can't seem to find anything other than indexes of individual sections available for download. Downloading them all, combining them and weeding out duplicate pages is, if not beyond my ken, then certainly too great a pain in the ass. Does anyone know where I can find the entire Title 19 CFR in one .pdf file? Or if not, how can I best simplify the manual "construction" of such a document?

Best answer: The FDsys site has it in three volumes: 1 2 3.

Bah, you beat me to it by a matter of seconds!

If you want, you can use a tool like pdfsam to splice those three files into a single document.

The problem with combining them is each volume resets the page numbering, so if you found a page number in the index you'd have a heck of a time jumping to that page in the file without doing some arithmetic unless it happened to be in the first volume. You'd also have three indexes to check.

Since that site has plain text versions you could also concatenate those into one giant document and then navigate by just using Find in a text editor. But since the question was about a PDF file I guess that's not going to work.

Not quite the same thing, using eCFR lets you view/search an entire Part at a time, which is a VAST improvement over the traditional CFR interface you linked to.
