Mario had a bad trip...to where?

Ok this is a bit silly because I may have even posted a link to it on this very site, and I know for certain that at one point I had starred it or shared it on google reader, but for the life of me I can't find it again: a wordless webcomic image about mario (of super mario brothers), having some kind of bad trip.
Notable features:
1) it scrolls down vertically for quite a while so that what starts out sort of benign becomes progressively darker.
2) the website which it came from featured similarly dark themed video game comics some of which featured Sonic the hedgehog. Cannot remember the site either. It had the comics and some assorted video game review type stuff, but last I checked it, hadn't been updated in ages.

Response by poster: None of these so far. It scrolled down vertically further and was better drawn, also not split into multiple frames, just kind of one long image that morphs as you scroll down. One part (possibly the very end?) involves Mario's face kind of distorted and melting.

Best answer: I am 99.5% sure it was this strip from Eegra.com's always-dark Hilarity Comics.

Response by poster: Thank you. I am full of fail. For some reason I remember it as being wordless.
