I came across this picture on a pic dump site and was curious to know where it is. Can anyone identify the location?

Looks similar to pictures I've seen of the US/Mexican border in Southern California.

I can confirm it too. I've driven on that road on the right - in Tijuana. Its how you get to the Ensenada coastal road.

Specifically, around here. The little industrial complex at the center of the aerial shot is the one at the left side of the photograph (the white towers mark it).
