Another doctor recommendation request

Can you recommend a Psychiatrist in Manhattan (UES)?

I recently moved to the Upper East Side of NY City, and the evil twins, anxiety (mostly) and depression (a little), decided to come along. This happened to me about 10 years ago in a state far away from here, and meds and a few months of visits followed by periodic checkins did the trick. I am looking for someone like that: to prescribe and monitor medication but not long-term therapy. I just want to get some sleep and be able to think straight.

My new PCP tells me he doesn't have any particular recommendations and I should just call people on my insurer's list (Cigna) so I am posting here, hoping to increase my chances of finding someone appropriate for me. I am in my late 40s and female if that helps. Throwaway email: nervousinny@gmail.com

Jesse Rosenthal, MD. Expensive and takes no insurance, but definitely full service.

Jeffrey Rubin, MD. Also expensive, but will fill out forms for your insurance to get whatever coverage you have for out-of-network providers for you.

Jonathan Tobkes, MD.

I don't know if he takes insurance.
