Sleeve that fits over Apple iPad case?

What is the best sleeve for protecting the iPad that fits over the Apple case?

I love the Apple case for propping up the iPad and use it in the various positions all the time. I have no desire to replace it or remove it. But when I throw it in a bag I don't feel like it is well protected. Are there any padded sleeves that fit over the Apple case well?

I like Foofs (they're from Australia but they ship fine). But I just ordered one of these bad boys from Rickshaw (can't wait for it to show up).

I also have one of these for my Kindle from Borsa Bella on Etsy, and it looks like they make ipad sleeves now.

It seems like a generic neoprene laptop sleeve would do the job. You don't really want anything called an iPad sleeve since the size with the case on is different and no one else puts their iPad in two cases.

I use a netbook sleeve I bought on Meritline for $3. It's big enough that it holds the pad even in the silicone back shield I have mine in so it would likely be fine for the Apple case as well.

I sewed one and it was super easy. I took an old sweater, traced my iPad (in its case) with long edge along the bottom hem, cut it out from the sweater's front and back, and sewed the 3 cut edges together (right sides together, flip right side out when done). The trick is to find fabric that has some stretch to it so that it fits snugly but is easy to put in and take out. It adds very very little bulk and keeps me from worrying about my keys wedging in between the screen and case flap.
