Creepy Puppet Photographer

Who is the photographer/artist whose photo series revolved around a slightly creepy puppet/creature/thing in (often) compromising positions?

I think I originally saw this on the blue, but my google-fu is poor today. I have one of the photos archived (here it is), which should help. Bonus points given for linkage to their website. This is driving me mad!

I can't get to your link, but I'm guessing you're thinking Charlie White's ultracreepy Joshua.

Is is Charlie White? He has a new creepy Interpol video out now with a puppet. Here's a Morning News Interview, I couldn't find his website, but just google his name for more info.
