I Want Fancy Feet, Please

Where can I get cheap espadrilles in Winnipeg?
So, I'm looking to pick up a couple of pairs (1 pair blue and 1 pair beige/cream, preferably) of cheap, canvas espadrilles. I'm in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (yes, the weather occasionally gets hot enough in Summer to warrant non-boot footwear).
I'd prefer to buy them in town, so that I can try them on first. If that isn't possible, I wouldn't be adverse to buying online from someplace that ships from within Canada (to avoid possible duty fees and such).
Anyone got any leads? I want to be a dandy this summer, and the 2$ plastic sandals I bought an an ABC store in Maui just aren't cutting it!

In Calgary here- spotted a guy with cool espadrilles at Folk Fest (OUR Folk Fest) last summer and asked where he'd got them- believe it or not, it was Sportchek.

Have you checked The Bay and Sears? They usually have a large range of shoes and often have good sales. Unfortunately they don't have anywhere online where you can check their inventory.
