What is the best time of day to ask the hive a question? I don't want to game the system, but since I live in China I don't want my question to go unnoticed during everyone's sleeping hours either. thanks.
Not all of the questions I really care about that much, but there are a couple of very specific questions that are jugular to my business and I'm hoping for maximum exposure.

This post was deleted for the following reason: not right for AskMe, please ask in MeTa -- jessamyn
If it's a SQL question, ask around 5:22am EDT for the best response.

When I visit Askme, which is a couple of times a day on average, I read ALL questions back to the last question I read, the last time I logged on. I'm fairly sure that I have read every question since I joined. (Maybe between 50-80% don't interest me enough to click through, though, and I comment on only a few of those that I do read. But I always read the front page thoroughly.)
I have no idea if I'm statistically normal or not, but there you go. I'd read your question, no matter what time you posted, just 'cause that's how I am.

For me, the best time is when I need an answer. That is usually an hour before I post. Or, 11:11 EDT on a Monday.

I think this would be more properly asked in MetaTalk. Also, these questions are 'jugular'? I've got to start saying that.
