Text editing and collaboration on the iPhone

Collaborative text editing (or editable wiki) on the iPhone?

I'm looking for something that will allow collaborative text editing on the web and iPhone. Real-time isn't necessary, but isn't ruled out either. A wiki would be fine, too, though I haven't found one that works well on the iPhone.

I also looked at Google Wave, but it's far too slow on the phone.

Etherpad is lovely, but read-only on the iPhone, and that won't be getting fixed any time soon.

Have I missed one?

I'm not sure if Evernote is quite what you're looking for but it might do the job.

It's just single-user, isn't it? Sorry, should have been clearer: this is for multiple people to collaborate on (mostly plain text) documents with.

Ah, no, looks like they do have sharing now -- it's just premium-only and a bit clunky. Thanks, though!

I use Dokuwiki on the iPhone all the time...seems to work OK for my needs, and last I checked there had been some work on an iPhone-ready template.

Have you considered using Google Docs, rather than Wave?

I don't know if it would meet your needs, but there is a Wiki Server app that runs on the iPhone itself.

It has a browser. Shouldn't any old regular wiki work fine?
