Does anyone remember this late 90s internet animation relating to the Monica Lewinsky scandal?
Ok, so Google has failed me in my efforts to find this flash animation I remember from the late 90s about the Monica Lewinsky scandal, where it was some old guy and he was talking about "I pooped and out came such and such", one of which was Kenneth Starr. I think he may have been talking about a book he wrote. I'm sorry if this sounds a little hazy. I'm pretty sure I didn't dream this.
