where to get menthol quest brand cigarettes?

Looking for a source of (discontinued) menthol Quest brand cigarettes in the US (need ~100 packs of each level for work)?
Vector Tobacco/Liggett group used to make a reduced nicotine, menthol Quest brand cigarette in 3 different nicotine levels but these have been discontinued. I am trying to purchase about 10 cartons (100 packs) of each of the three levels for work. (I don't smoke.) The non-menthol Quest cigs are available locally and so I'm looking for specifically for the menthol step 1, 2 and 3s that are packaged in green boxes (vs the non menthols are in blue). I'm hoping that some retailer might have some leftovers in stock somewhere in the US.
I called the online distributors that come up in a google search (oklahoma-outlet, smokes-spirits and tobaccoonline) but they have reported being out of stock. Any other suggestions?
