What are some good websites that review children's literature? Bonus if the focus is on preschool or early elementary.
Vandergrift's Children's Literature Page is a must read.

There used to be an excellent weblog called Reading To My Kid, about the books that the writer was reading with her two-year-old daughter. I say 'used to be' because it was discontinued in May 2004, but the archives are still up there and worth checking out.

Bookslut. I read the blog and there is as much about childrens books as anything else.
