2006 Honda Pilot Headlight Replacement

I have a 2006 Honda Pilot, and noticed that my right headlight went out. Each headlight is comprised of two headlights, a top and bottom one. The top one seems to be working, but the bottom one is out. The top bulb is easy to replace, but the bottom one is a little bit more tricky, as there doesn't seem to be an easy way to remove it. Can anyone point me to a schematic or something? I think the replacement bulb size is H11, I just don' t understand how to replace the lower bulb.
If it's anything like my 2005 CRV, it's a pain in the ass even when you know what you're supposed to be doing. The retaning clip is a bitch to get in and out. It sits down in a little notch, so you kind of have to pull it up and then to one side and then swing it out and down.

Be careful to NEVER touch the new bulb with your bare skin. The oil on your hands will reduce the life of the new bulb to mere hours and you will be back to square one. Handle it with a clean paper towel.

You need a mirror.
Get yourself one of these and you'll be able to get a good look at how the lower bulb is installed.
However, some bulbs are just a pain to change. They're hard to see, the space is cramped, and there's so much going on inside the bulb housing that you'll almost never figure it out by feel. Getting your hands on a diagram doesn't necessarily mean that it'll then become easier to remove. Chances are, the lower bulb is installed with similar type of mechanism as the upper, it's just harder to get your hands on it.
The procedure will almost certainly be in your owners manual, but it'll completely gloss over the reality of how difficult it is to replace the bulb. The illustrations won't depict any contortions or profanity.
And, 2nding Daddy-O. Don't touch the glass portion of the bulb with your bare skin unless you really want to get a lot of practice installing headlights on your Honda.

I looked through the user manual, and I don't see anything about bulb replacement. And the mechanism is definitely different than the top bulb. The top bulb has a socket going to it, which you squeeze and then is easily removed. The lower bulb has a wire going to it from one direction, and another wire going to the top bulb, so it has a wire going to it and from it, and I can't see it well enough to figure out how it releases.

Are you asking how to remove the bulb from the housing or how to disconnect the wiring from the bulb?
