What would you do with delicious but ugly fudge?

What can I do with 6 pounds of dry, crumbly fudge?
Apparently I overcooked 2 batches of Fantasy Fudge. It tastes fine but looks awful, so I didn't give any as holiday gifts as planned. A Google search provided some suggestions on recooking it, but I had no luck with the one batch I tried to salvage. I don't want to throw it all away. Any suggestions?

Ooh, I wonder if you ground it up in a food processor, and then stirred a spoonful into hot milk, if it would make tasty hot chocolate?

Crumble it up and mix it into some kind of not-too-sweet baked item, like bran muffins or plain oatmeal cookies.

I think it would be good mixed with ice cream. The brownies idea sounds great, too - either mixed in like chocolate chips, or a layer of it in the middle of two layers of brownie batter. Also, the same idea with Blondies (kind of like a pan chocolate chip cookie, but a little different).

Maybe make chocolate chip cookies with it... instead of chocolate chips, use the fudge bits(duh)

Nthing ice cream, brownies, or cookies.
The hot chocolate idea sounds nead. Might be way too sweet though.

I also agree with the ice cream idea. Sounds like a great topping to me!

Break it into medium-size wedge-shape chunks and put a few on top of a parfait or pudding, as a garnish. Save the rest for the next time you have those kinds of dishes.

Got any old bananas laying around? Add a generous crumbled fistful to some banana bread along with a spoonful of cocoa powder and, bam, Chocolate Fudge Banana Bread. Instant hero status. I actually just did something similar a few weeks ago. Works for zucchini bread too, I would imagine.

Whirl in the food processor, then use as a garnish on top of a chocolate cake. And when I say garnish I mean 'additional layer of chocolate."

Make 1 batch of yellow/white cake. For each layer, pour in half the layer's worth of batter, sprinkle on ample amounts of crumbly fudge, then the rest of the batter. Bake normally.

Also, if you have bananas laying around and don't want to necessarily make banana bread like carlh suggested, how about mashing up the bananas, adding some chocolate fudge crumbles and throwing it in the freezer for a delicious banana-icy!
