Any suggestions on a professional work bag?

Looking for a professional work bag. Any suggestions?
I usually pack my stuff in a medium sized Jansport backpack to carry the things I need to and from work. It's time to switch to something a bit more professional. With a budget of $100 USD, I've narrowed it down to a few choices but wanted to see what else is out there before making a purchase. Here's my short list:
-Boa slimcase M
-Oakley VERTICAL COMPUTER BAG 3.0
I'll need space for the following:
10.9" Netbook
Netbook charger
PSP
PSP Charger
Portable HDD with charger
A few magazines
Lunch
So......any suggestions?

How do you commute? Bus, train, car, bicycle, motorcycle, feet, pogo stick?

I bought a Tom Bihn bag on an askme recommendation and have been using it for years. Great messenger style bag. I carry it everywhere except very formal meetings, and then get the boring Tumi out of the closet.

I've been using a Timbuk2 for over 5 years and it still looks new. There's a bunch on sale at their site right now also.

They're certainly not as stylish as the other bags you're looking at, but I've long liked the Kensington Saddlebag line. Less expensive, and less likely to shout "Look at me! I'm full of expensive gear!"
The usual models are 3-way - handle on top like a briefcase, un-clippable shoulder strap, and backpack straps that hide away in a zippered panel; so you can carry it however you want.

@white_devil, I'll check the sale out since I've had my eye on the Blogger for a while as well. Thanks for the heads up
@penciltopper, I'm willing to pay a higher price because I believe that buying something of good quality in the first instance actually results in savings in the long run. It just happens that looks and quality go hand in hand.
