Need software that does project management, email marketing and advanced analytics

I am looking for an email management program (like campaign monitor) that also includes email analytics (like google analytics) and project management tools (like basecamp). I am in a small marketing department at a non-profit that relies heavily on email (100K+/month messages sent). My google-fu has failed me so far, I can't find anything that has all three components. Does anyone know of a one stop shop that does this? Also open to a using several programs as long as we can get them to work with each other.

Mailchimp is the only thing I know which comes close. It promises that you can "track and analyze mail marketing."

Apologies if this isn't even close, it's tricky to know what your preference might be in terms of web-based vs desktop software, etc.

We've started using Highroad at work, mostly because it links into our database system (Personify) for handling preferences/opt outs. Does a good job with the analytics, no idea about the project management, though.

But Campaign Monitor does give you amazing stats and analysis! In fact, it gives you glorious email analytics so compelling that all the clients for whom I run campaigns have adopted my terminology and call it stat porn. It gives you broad stats on delivery, opens, forwards and clicks, but you can also drill right down to individual recipients and see how many times they opened the mail, when, what links they clicked, etc. It handles opt in, opt out, forwards, A B testing, and everything else you could want in an email manager.

I'm entirely unclear how you'd like your project management tools to plug into your email, so I can't really help there. I use TeamWorkPM because I hate Basecamp and like the built-in task manager, too.

If your project management stuff is all marketing campaigns, then Salesforce might be a good option. It doesn't have mail built-in, but it generates and does stats on the mailings as well as all other components of a campaign and uses Outlook to actually send the mail. If your nonprofit is fairly small, then they have a donation program that might enable you to get the product free or cheap.

Open source, powerful, scalable, not hard to get going.
No project management features though AFAIK.

Our IT/Database guys are in love with Highroad as it can connect to our database (Aptify). Thanks for all the suggestions. Looks like there might be a market gap here though, that might make an entrepreneur wealthy.
