How many health care facilities with imaging equipment?

How many health care facilities, excluding hospitals, are there in the U.S. that use at least one medical imaging modality (Xray, Ultrasound, etc.)?
Where can I find this information aggregated? Also, a bonus if you can tell me how many world wide or break this information down by state!
