Capturing TV closed captions

I'm looking for software that will let me capture programs with the closed captions intact. Does anybody know of anything? I have a Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick tv tuner.

What leads you to believe the closed caption datastream is not being captured? Are you talking about an HDTV (MPEG-2) stream? If so, are you sure your decoding software (not your TV) can display the closed captions?
