Framing antique cloth?

Framer for antique cloth, Toronto to Hamilton area?

I have a souvenir of Belgium from WWI or just before that. It's quite large, about 2'x3'. I want to frame it and hang it (out of direct light) in my sewing room. I've used framers in Toronto and Hamilton for prints, but cloth is different. Anyone know a place who will frame this delicate piece of lace, net and ribbon? It's been in rolled up and kept in the bottom drawer by three generations and I think it's about time it was on display.
