Searching for information on writing children's television. What resources am I missing?

I know nothing about the children's television market and info seems hard to come by. I don't even know if the formatting is different or not.

Does anyone know where I might be able to locate script for actual children's show? I know many of the animated shows are storyboarded but they must start as something...or someone must still make some live action shows.

Anyone know of anywhere to find any tips on writing for the children's market? Do they have a pilot season like regular television or is it a totally different market?
