Converting to Judaism in Boston - suggestions?

Any recommendations for reform temples in the Boston area (preferably close to Lexington)? Have you converted to Judaism in the Boston area? If so, any recommendations for rabbis to work with (again, ideally close to Lexington)? Do you know anything about the temples in/near Lexington? I'm hoping to find someone great to work with, who will also hopefully perform my marriage in a year or so.
