Could someone possibly ID this classic car for me?

My friend is trying to identify the old car in these pictures. I'm guessing possibly a Packard of some flavor, but I'm no expert.

Anyone able to let us know the make and model?

Thanks in advance for your help!

It would help if there was a bit better picture, but to me it looks like either a 38 or 39 Packard. It could be a 37, but I think it is defiantly a Packard.

Looks more like a late 30s LaSalle to me.

I'm thinking late 1930s Lincoln.

Doesn't have a Packard grille. And the wheels are not vintage. And the tires are too much up into the fenders (the suspension's not vintage). Looks like a hot-rodder's concoction.

Best answer: It is a Buick. I'm really really confident on this. See this flickr image of the grille of a 1936 Buick.

The things to note are the doodad turn signals on the fenders, the nubs on the bumper and most importantly the red left-offset grille-ornament which matches the one in the bottom picture perfectly. As for the year - that I'm not sure of, but given this picture from GM, I'm thinking that I'm 100% right on Buick, and pretty close on the year (+/- 2 years).

Yeah. That looks like a Buick hubcap on the spare.

How about we call this a 1936 Buick Century four door Sedan? 1 2 3

Agreed. Looks like a 1936 Buick. Here's another pic. Pics of Buicks from other years aren't quite a match.
