Can you ID this tree?

Can anyone identify this tree?

My sister works for a company that places/maintains plants for businesses, malls, etc.

They can't agree as to what type of tree/shrub this is. Can anyone ID this (preferably with links to a description/pics)?

Thanks.

It looks like a white ash or elderberry tree.

It looks like a river birch- the leaves are very similar, except for how the river birch leaves are offset and yours are directly opposite each other. I agree with TDIpod that Ash is a good possibility, but the white ash leaves don't have the toothed edges like yours. This leaf key looks like a good way to research further.

Maybe ash, not a birch: the leaves are compound. I say Fraxinus excelsior 'pendula' - Weeping Ash.

Are you in the UK? Weeping Ash is rare in the US but seems to be more common in the UK, so if you are, that's almost certainly your tree.
