What is this song from Cléo de 5 à 7?

It's obscure-songs-from-French-movies time! The film "Cléo de 5 à 7" has a haunting tune sung by Cleo about halfway through called "Without You", which I cannot elaborate on much further except that some of the lyrics are about an empty house and (I think) the wind blowing through it. Since the soundtrack does not seem to exist any longer, is there any way I can get my hands on it anymore? Has someone in subsequent years covered it?

The French singer Philippe Katerine covered a song from that film a few years ago. I believe it was the one she sings in the middle of the film after the piano player plays his little doctor joke. Is that the song you're looking for?

The movie is also available on DVD from Criterion if you want to try doing an audio rip from that.

(I love Varda's films)

The songs in the film were written by Michel Legrand, who also acts in it. The one you want is called "Sans Toi" in French, but he also has a different song (I think) called "Je vivrai sans toi" from Les parapluies de Cherbourg which makes searching difficult. But even amazon.fr doesn't have an audio recording from the film, so you may have to haunt Ebay.

Is it possibly the one soundtrack song on this album?
