How to attend the Nov 4th Obama Rally?

What do I need to do to be able to go to the Obama rally in Grant Park on November 4th?

I know from previous questions (here and here) to get there early, and be prepared to stay late. I know living in Chicago to prepare for the weather. But what I'm not clear on is if I need a ticket for this rally, and if so how to get it.

Do you have any advice on how to get myself into this Rally?

Response by poster: After more searching online, I found this article saying that Illinois supporters got an email. I am an Illinois supporter (I gave money twice) but I also unsubscribed from the daily requests for more money. Am I out of luck then?

Yeah, tickets are apparently gone. I put myself in the lottery or waiting list or whatever it was, but haven't heard anything yet.

The email did say that each ticket allowed both the ticket holder and a guest to enter, so you might be able to get in if you know another supporter who scored tickets but isn't bringing someone else already.

Response by poster: I spoke with a volunteer at Campaign Headquarters (866 675 2008, option 6), and they gave me the web address that says there are no remaining tickets, and doesn't have a waitlist signup. The volunteer suggested calling back later in the day, but I don't think it looks good.

Response by poster: The link above now works to add yourself to the wait list.
