Where is the best place to register a .cz domain name?

Where is the best/safest/cheapest place to register a .cz (Czech) domain name?
I've searched google but am a little paranoid about what is the "official" place to do so is and what the true costs are.
I've seen domain.cz (EU12.50/year) which seems to be cheap, and also eurodns.com (EU50.00/year) which claims to be the official .cz registrar (and tons of others that seem a bit fly by night).
I live in the US if that matters.
