Can you help translate this into French?

I need help translating something into French! I need to find out if someone received a fax with payment information and whether we were charged for our purchases.

While I'm fairly competent at translating from French, I'm pretty rusty on the reverse (the rules of grammar are very hazy). Can someone give me a loose approximation of the above in French? It would be very much appreciated.

Best answer: Je désire savoir si quelqu'un à reçu un fax avec les informations de paiement et si nous avons été chargés pour nos achats.

Actually, no accent on that first "a", sorry ("si quelqu'un a reçu...")

Best answer: maybe a little late but, 'charged' is rather 'débité' in french, which gives :
'Je désire savoir si quelqu'un à reçu un fax avec les informations de paiement et si nous avons été débités pour nos achats.'

anto1ne is right. "Chargé" will be recognized in Quebec however. "Débité" is more likely to be understood in France.

Actually "Débité" will be understood in Quebec as well, I just don't hear it nearly as often.
