Divorce lawyers in Orlando, Florida area?
My little sister is getting divorced from her husband of 3 years. It appears that he deliberately used her and my parents, to pay for his college, and the down payment on their house in florida, and was planning this all along. My sister is in the final years of her nursing degree, and really wants to focus on her schooling. I don't want him to take advantage of her non-confrontational nature. Need recommendations for a good divorce lawyer in Orlando, or Las Vegas, that will do a good job of isolating my sister from the back-and-forth of negotiating a reasonable split of assets.
