Finding a short story about cats

I came across this story on Metafilter circa 2019. The only detail I remember is that one of the cats chased a skipper (type of butterfly). Searching my Favorites didn't turn it up. Also open to other short stories about cats!

Great Cat Tales ed Leslie O'Mara does not appear to have it, but makes up for the shortfall with other stories
