Has The Getaway Car gotten away?

In October, I heard an interview with Ann Patchett.
She was talking about how she learned to write and referenced her book, "The Getaway Car", which is a memoir about writing and also a guide, like Stephen King's "On Writing." I have looked everywhere for The Getaway Car, and can find it nowhere. Is it out of print? Even the Kindle versions are unavailable. What's up with it and can I get it somewhere? Anywhere?

It's a chapter in This Is the Story of a Happy Marriage. And it's wonderful.

I read this question, read mochapickle's answer, found it online and read it. It is absolutely wonderful.
