Green, Yellow, FR?

One of my gigs sometimes involves translating English text from Chinese equipment suppliers into French and I've run into a puzzle.

The item is a grow-light. There's a series of colour spectra and one of them includes this description:

Slightly enhance green, yellow, FR.

The illustration it accompanies is here.

None of the descriptions mentions infrared or ultraviolet, only standard colour names.

What could FR refer to?

Best answer: My guess is Far Red, wavelengths at the far end of the visible spectrum, not quite infrared.
