I just heard about the 'inclusively.com' employment search portal, and no one I know irl knows anything about them. If you are registered (seeking employment) with them, how has your experience been?
Were you able to secure an ADA-accommodating job or contract work with one of their registered employers (IT beyond 1st level help desk in particular)? Did you get a higher proportion of actionable (ie not just a notch on the recruiter's daily phone call quota) contacts than LinkedIn or ZipRecruiter? Are they legitimate?
I'm interested because I have an issue which is rising to a level where I will soon need an ADA employment accommodation and I'd like to avoid unfriendly recruiters and companies up front.
