What is this zip file that keeps downloading to my Kindle?

I recently resurrected an old Kindle Fire 8 (8th generation)(from 2019?) and noticed that the Downloads folder now has a three or four instances of a blank icon “queued” and then a file named “gvChildrensTabletAssetsv3[dot]zip” and “Download failed”.
Last month, I updated the system to whatever passes for current in the Kindle world, Fire OS 7.3.2.3 so it could be related to that but the name doesn’t come up in Google. It’s annoying because after I delete the no-name files and the zip file, they pop up again (maybe after a tablet restart). It’s a pretty sludgy operating system at the best of times but I wonder if this file that’s always trying to download is making it worse.
I did install the Google Play Store app because there were a couple apps I wanted that the Amazon Store doesn’t carry. In the Settings>Security &Privacy>Apps from Unknown Sources, it says “allow” and there’s no toggle switch to disallow. Not sure where that went. However when I click on it, there are four apps listed (ie, Malwarebytes, AdGuard, Silk Browser, Diode apk which is a Reddit browser) and each one has the toggle switch set to “Not allowed”, meaning not allowed to install anything from this source. Also I don’t have any parental controls installed.
Is it possible to block this download permanently? I really don’t want to do a factory reset. I know everything’s backed up (waves hands) somewhere on Amazon but I don’t have a clue where and it’s really not that important, I have another tablet I use.
