All the other pups with their pumped up SUPs

What's the best product for rapidly inflating four stand-up paddleboards?

We have four SUPs. Each is to be inflated to 15 PSI. It can take an hour or more to inflate all of them with the included pump, which plugs into a DC car outlet.

I'm willing to spend $$$ for something portable that will help us get on the water faster. Everything on Amazon looks like the same five products with different random brand names. Any suggestions?

I have the impression my iRocker pump would shave a bit off of that, but not much. I'm not sure you're realistically going to get lower than 10-15 minutes per board (depending on size) on 12V power. (And also you'd risk the pump overheating, I wonder if that's an issue with your current one.)

I wonder if a better bet might be to get something like this battery and a second pump?

(Or maybe the "ERS 12 VDC + GO" reviewed here for a standalone second pump, I haven't tried it personally though.)

I have two iRocker SUPs. I have the electric inflator as well as the double barrel hand pump. The electric inflator is great, but last time I got one SUP inflated with the hand pump before the other on the electric inflator finished. In other words, it saves your back, but doesn’t save much time. Agree you are gonna have to significantly level up your power source and pump to your get your boards inflated more quickly.

I have the iRocker electric pump. It takes 10-15 minutes to fully inflate my (large) board. It's also got a warning to not use it on more than two(?) boards in a row or it may overheat. I have not tested this as I've only got a single board.

Agree that you can probably inflate a board quicker with a good hand pump than an electric.

I think your best option to rapidly inflate four boards is to have at least two electric pumps and use them in parallel, provided you've got two outlets in your car and it can push out enough juice to run them both at the same time (I don't know what the actual power draw is for those pumps off-hand).

On the off chance you haven't considered this, leaving the boards inflated for the season may be an option. I used to do this, and just strapped it to the top of my car to transport it (just make sure to not leave it on the car in direct sunlight for too long, in case the glue melts or it expands at all). You might consider leaving a couple inflated and transporting via roof and then you only have two to inflate before using. You may have reasons for not wanting to do this, but just wanted to throw it out there as another option.

It takes me about five minutes to inflate an ISUP to 15psi using the supplied hand-pump. If you're inflating four boards then I assume there are four people present, so working in parallel...

Your best bet is going to be four electric pumps. I don't know how many you can power from the car at once, but it seems like you could run one from the car and three from batteries.

You'll want to have the car running while operating the pumps but if you get chargers with alligator clips / clamps then you should able to run all four at the same time by clipping them on the car's battery.

If you have any portable, battery-powered tools, keep an eye out for a high-volume inflator that runs on the same batteries. I use this Ryobi one (https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-ONE-18V-Cordless-High-Volume-Power-Inflator-Tool-Only-P738/300997599) for rafts and paddleboards (you may need a leafield adapter or one for your valves, i use this one https://www.nrs.com/leafield-c7-d7-valve-adapter/prdw).

It won't get you to your max psi, but it takes a lot more air to go from 0 to 1.5 psi than it does to go up from there. So for paddleboards and rafts I use the high volume inflator to start, then top off with a hand pump.
