This is a follow-up to this question from last month.

I'm looking for a publisher, date, and place of publication for the book discussed in the above question. I suspect this information is found here and/or here. Can you magically extract English from these Japanese characters for me? Thank you!

The publisher is Shitennō-ji (a Buddhist temple), the date is 1935, and the place of publication is Osaka.
