How do I get in touch with the person who programs music for the Washington Nationals’ home games?

Based on this article I’m guessing it’s David Lundin, who is still with the team.

You can always just call the main front office number, listed here (as are the names of all the Nats admin staff, although I don't see anyone specifically credited as music programming, the person who answers the phone would certainly be able to help):
