Where can I find this puzzle box?

I'm looking for this puzzle box, or the plans for one, or even pictures of one disassembled. I've seen them on a site called SiamMandalay, but they're sold out.

Best answer: The "video solution" link on that page shows the pieces separated out and how to assemble them.
