Is Kedah FA playing Tai Po in Alor Setar, Malaysia on 21 January 2020?

I'd like to attend this match, but I can't find out if, when and where this 2020 Asian Football Confederation Champions League preliminary round 2 football game is happening.
I've tried contacting the teams and a Malaysian football forum so far but haven't heard anything confirming the game location. I'm quite new to football fandom and so I am wondering whether the Wikipedia page, which says the fixtures haven't been decided yet, is actually correct. Are fixtures only set a few weeks in advance? Do they just assume people won't travel to the matches? Is there anyone who actually knows the date/location, but it just hasn't been announced publicly yet? Could I just call the AFC's offices and ask?
I'd be travelling from Hong Kong to the game just a few days before Chinese New Year, an expensive time of year to travel, so I'd like to avoid getting locked into pricey plane tickets and plan to travel down there only to find out they're playing here instead.

The game did indeed happen on 21 Jan 2020 and I went! 10 Tai Po fans from here in HK and 19,000+ Kedah FA fans - awkward! (And we lost 5-1.) Alor Setar didn't have much in the way of tourist sites but everyone seemed friendly and delighted that any away fans at all had made it down.
