Specialized therapy needed in/near Nashville, TN

A loved one is in need of intensive help. Can anyone personally recommend an excellent, accredited therapist/therapy center in/near Nashville, TN who specializes in a few key areas?
Areas of specialty needed:
- Dual-diagnosis treatment for Bipolar I with psychosis & substance abuse
- Adult child of narcissistic parent
- Possible ADD/ADHD (executive functioning issues)
This loved one is suffering greatly. Has been to rehab twice in the past 4 years and has tried very, very, very hard to work to the best of their ability the AA/NA 12-step recovery modality. More specialized, intensive work is needed to address the underlying trauma issues.
They are on a mood stabilizer to keep the Bipolar I psychosis at bay, and Wellbutrin was added to the regimen earlier this week to help with the depression. Unfortunately, they have been experiencing suicidal ideation in these last few weeks and are now checked into the hospital.
We are looking to support this loved one by helping find dedicated, intensive therapy (inpatient? outpatient?) with an EXCELLENT therapist/center that specializes in these areas. The trauma issues have not been fully addressed, while the substance abuse is largely at bay.
