Dedupe and Merge Crufty Contacts for Mac/iPad

I've delayed tidying my 400-record Address Book/Contacts info way too long. I sync my Contacts between Mac 10.11.6 and iOS 10.0.2 using iCloud. Because my contacts are very private info, I don't want to use an online service like Scrubly.
"Simply" exporting a VCF to a CSV to edit manually in Numbers is not possible for me. I need a helpful GUI to step me through it.
My ideal software would prune duplicates, offer partial matches for my merge decisions, and create a clean dataset ready for macOS Sierra. I seek recommendations from folks with direct experience of the task and the software. While many inexpensive utilities appear on both App Stores, ease-of-use is much more important than low price.
