Saatva Mattress Long Term Reviews?

Saatva gets amazing reviews. The only critiques I see are that over the long term, they start to dip/sag. Has anyone else had a Saatva mattress longer than a couple years and can let us know how it has held up? Is it more likely to sag than other beds? Is it just because of the pillow top? Any other complaints? Thanks!
