Can anyone translate the Chinese characters on this vase? I don't think it's valuable, but maybe it says something other than "Made in China"?

Best answer: It says 中国制造 (Made in China).

Don't feel bad. My brother brought me a beautifut set of cerulean teacups back from a trip he took to Korea. My sister, who reads Chinese, turned them over back home and read "Made in China".

Response by poster: I don't feel bad, since it's a beautiful vase, 12 inches high, and it was $4 at a thrift store.

It says literally "Chinese Created" or can be translated as Created in China or Made in China.
