Help decoding 1958 Russian brochure

Russian speakers of Metafilter: What can you tell me about this Russian brochure from 1958?

It looks to be advertising a parade or festival of some kind. (Mardi Gras-ish, with the masks?)

Can you translate any of the text, figure out a location, or give any other info?

I think maybe it's Greek, not Russian, and advertising the Patras Carnival.

It's in Greek and it seems to be about a carnival in Patras. Wiki about the event here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patras_Carnival
