Looking for a way to find songs with similar metrical lines

Is there a service or way to find songs with similar metrical lines or lyrical rhythms... specifically, I'm trying to find songs that match the speech/lyric patterns from "We Didn't Start the Fire" by Billy Joel.

The verse is rhythmically similar to "E = mc^2" by Big Audio Dynamite.

The chorus is similar to "Dancing in the Dark" by Bruce Springsteen, although without the accent on beat 1 that you get on the word "We" in "We Didn't Start the Fire."

The verse is also similar to "It's the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)" by REM (starting around 0:14).

I can hear a similarity to Eighties by Killing Joke, Hurry Up Harry by Sham 69,Tony Basil's version of Mickey and Ca Plane Pour Moi by Plastic Betrand and On a Rope by Rocket from the Crypt. There is a similarity to the "umpa umpa/stick it up your jumper" chant that we get at the end of The Beatles' I am the Walrus (which the Beatles nicked from here apparently).

Youtube's algorithm also suggests Bon Jovi's Living on a Prayer, Starship's We Built this City, I can't Dance by Genesis and A Ha's Take on Me as compatible varieties of cheese.

And finally (I promise) Elvis Costello's Pump it up.

And regarding your question about an automated service for this: I don't think one exists. I use BeaTunes which is able to generate a playlist from a seed song based on tempo, key and various other metrics - Elvis Costello is one of its suggestions but many of the others don't match of lyrical metric.

There was a song from way back in 1974 by an amalgum group called Reunion, called "Life is a Rock", which lists various musicians, DJs, record labels, etc. from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

OK - inspired a little by "Life is a Rock": Ball of Confusion by the Temptations (for the listed items), and My Sharona - The Knack - for the feel.

Wikipedia also provides a huge list of - well - songs with lists in them - "We didn't start the fire" is on there of course - and there are a few others which you might think of as a match.

I'm not sure, but the first part of this song sounds like might work.

Again, not similar to your song suggestion, but several of the White Stripes songs are sort of like that -- Seven Nation Army and maybe The Hardest Button to Button.
