Identify this gameboy advance game for me?

A game I played something like 2 decades ago, can you identify it?
This was in the UK, on my cousin's gameboy advance. It was an RPG, set in an Arabian nights style setting. You were a boy (prince?) who was sent off to some caves by the Grand Vizier, presumed to die. You then rubbed a lamp and a genie came out, who joined your party in fights. I also seem to remember that you could heal your whole party with barrels of wine (?)

The setup and the barrel thing are definitely from Defenders of Oasis.
