How do I actually get all of the character tokens in Lego Harry Potter?

My wife and myself have been playing Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 for Mac. We both finished the game without any of the cheats turned on, then went back with all cheats on to find crest pieces, gold bricks and remaining character tokens. First Problem? We're still missing some character tokens. Second Problem: It's the Mac version, so the FAQs for others don't seem to apply.

I have searched around for an FAQ for the Mac version, but to no avail. Each version seems to have different ways of treating rewards, so it's difficult to determine which version FAQ I should pay attention to in order to suss out why I'm not finding all the character tokens.

The second play through yielded us all of the indicated character tokens for each level (indicated by both the level entry point that list all of the ones in the game and indicated by the character token indicators), but when we go back to Madam Malkin's to look at the collected tokens, there are still five or so completely blank (filled with question marks) spots for tokens. Clearly we're missing something, be it a hidden level or some well buried tokens in Hogwarts.

Suggestions?

Best answer: There's a guide here that might help, if you cross reference the ones you've found with what's on the list. It looks like the extra tokens are hidden around the school.

Here are some youtube videos of a walkthrough. I haven't watched the videos but maybe the person doing the walkthroughs has got all the tokens. You could leave a comment and ask them.
