Interest in writers and the writing process

What films and/or podcasts would you recommend for someone interested in writing (mainly fiction and/or screenwriting)? So far, I've really enjoyed watching "Bad Writing" and "Tales from the Script."
Writing Excuses is fun, although I would recommend sticking to episodes that look specifically interesting to you. They're short - 15 minutes - and tightly focused.

Scriptnotes is a brilliant podcast about screenwriting. It's hosted by John August and Craig Mazin, two working screenwriters, and is impeccably produced and consistently really high quality. Even if you're not specifically interested in writing for the movies, there's solid gold there in terms of characterisation, plotting, storytelling and the nuts and bolts of doing creative work for money. Highly recommended.

Lani Diane Rich has done a lot of podcasts on this. Her current one that she does with her husband is StoryWonk. They also used to do Popcorn Dialogues with Jennifer Crusie, which no longer runs but the archives are great. That one analyzes movies along the lines of their themes. Lani also did Will Write For Wine,, which is also finished, but looks like the archives are still up.
