Can Istream with uStream with IP camera?

Anyway to broadcast a Foscam to Facebook via uStream or Livestream?
We are trying to broadcast to Facebook (and possibly embed on website) from a couple of Foscams. uSteam or Livestream would seem to be the obvious choice but as near as I can tell they don't support IP cameras.
Is there a version that could be convinced to accept IP cameras (I know they have multiple paid versions) I can't find one but maybe I am misunderstanding. If not officially if there a hacky way to do it?
Need video and audio.
